The MS1 team recently completed an intensive training tour across Italy, visiting several of our key international partners. The trip was a vital part of our commitment to continuous learning and service excellence, as we engaged directly with the people, technologies, and processes behind the products we support in the UAE. From hands-on demonstrations to software diagnostics, the team gained deeper insight into the systems we work with every day.

We started our tour with Amare Group, where we explored the latest in yachting innovation and received an in-depth product presentation followed by a Q&A session. At Pirelli Tenders, we joined the technical team for a full factory walkthrough and participated in practical training, including tender engine diagnostics, tube repair, and onboard system checks. Our next stop was Opacmare, where we were trained on their software, smart cylinders, and hydraulic systems, including how to troubleshoot sensors and operate advanced boarding platforms.

Other key visits included TopSystem, where we learned more about their drive systems and marine propulsion technologies. At Mase Generators, the team observed the full generator assembly line, participated in troubleshooting sessions, and studied the company’s broad product lineup. We concluded our journey with a visit to Pardo Yachts, where we toured the shipyard and got a behind-the-scenes look at how Pardo Yachts are built and maintained.

This trip helped reinforce our technical expertise and strengthen the partnerships that allow MS1 to deliver top-tier support to yacht owners in the UAE. With real-time exposure to advanced tools and factory procedures, our team is better equipped than ever to handle complex marine service requests with precision and confidence.
