The MS1 team worked to install the new Electrosea CLEARLINE System on the Riva 75′ Venere. CLEARLINE is an innovative vessel electro-chlorination system that creates a safe and effective level of chlorine to protect raw pipework from barnacle growth. It eliminates expensive and hazardous acid descaling and prevents unexpected equipment failures.
Before the installation, the MS1 team had to inspect the engine room and find the best position to place and retrofit the Electrosea Clearline Control Unit onboard this yacht.
The Electrosea Clearline Control Unit is mounted onto the side of the engine wall, allowing the Captain and Engineers to monitor in real-time the seawater intake and cells condition.
The team work on the electrical wiring of the Electrosea Clearline System by connecting it to the yachts DC power source.
The Electrosea ClearCell is placed in an electrically isolated position, which is directly integrated
into this yachts seawater intake circuit.
